All
persons wishing to make a booking must complete and sign
the booking form. All such persons will be bound by the
conditions which follow. All bookings are made by Experience
ltd, "the company", which sells the tours described.
No person has the authority on the company's behalf to
vary these booking conditions.
PAYMENT/ ACCEPTANCE OF BOOKING
Filling in the booking form and sending
it to us means you accept the following conditions.
A firm booking requires the deposit of 30% of the trip
cost.
A receipt will then be sent to your address together with
the trip dossier and any details that has been requested.
The balance of the tour price must be paid the latest
20 days before departure. If this balance is not paid
by this time the company reserves the right to treat the
clients booking as cancelled.
CANCELLATION BY
THE CLIENT
Any cancellation in a trip by a client, for any reason,
must be made in whiting. Cancellation charges will be
imposed to compensate for expenses already incurred
on your behalf. These are calculated as a percentage
of the total tour price, according to the date on which
we received your written notification.
- For cancellation within 60 to 30 days before departure,
the 30% deposit will be refunded, minus the cancellation
charges of the hoteliers or main service providers
- For cancellation within 20 days before departure,
50% of the trip cost will be kept.
- For cancellation less than 20 days before departure,
100% of the trip cost will be kept, non-refundable.
Note: Non-payment or changing
to a different trip (within 15 days of departure) both
constitutes a cancellation on your part.
CANCELLATION BY
THE COMPANY
We reserve the right to cancel a trip up to 7 days before
departure if there are not enough participants to make
it viable or force majored, unusual or unforeseen circumstances
outside the company's control. When a tour is cancelled
the client may choose between a full refund of all money
pays or any alternative tour offered in lieu by the
company.
INSURANCE
Before you come on the tour, you must be covered by
personal insurance, which must include adequate cover
for medical expenses and the cost of repatriation, including
helicopter rescue and air ambulance in the unlikely
event of an accident.
UNUSED SERVICES
There will be no discount or money refund for missed
or unused services, this includes voluntary or involuntary
termination, i.e. sickness, loss members, etc.
FLEXIBILITY - ALTERATIONS
The client appreciates and acknowledges that the nature
of this type of travel requires considerable flexibility
and should allow for alternatives. Once the trip is
underway, we reserve the right to make changes to the
route or itinerary due to harsh weather, schedule changes
or any other factors beyond our control. Such changes
will always be at the discretion of the tour leader
and Experience ltd and any additional cost must be paid
on spot by the participants. Experience ltd does not
accept any responsibility for services provided by air,
rail, bus or shipping companies which are part of the
trip.
CHILDREN (AGE 8 TO 18)
Children are welcome on all the trips
but under some conditions. According to their age, we
may advise you to book a trip rather than another. In
any case a parent or a legal representative must accompany
them.
FACTORS OUTSIDE COMPANY'S
CONTROL
Without imitation Experience
ltd is not responsible for acts of God, equipment failures,
vehicle accidents, illness from food or otherwise, detention,
assaults, theft or criminal activity, annoyance, delays,
quarantine, strikes, failure of any means of conveyance
to arrive or depart as scheduled, unforeseeable climate,
civil disturbances or changes in transit or hotel services
over which it has no control
GROUP BOOKING
The person signing the booking
form acts on behalf of all members of his/her party
and must ensure that each member knows and accepts the
booking conditions and receives the trip information.
PRICE VALIDITY
The prices in this brochure are based on airfares, exchange
rates and costs in effect January 1, 2007. Experience
ltd reserves the right to alter prices for new bookings
if these rates change substantially. For trips departing
between March 2007 and December 2007 the land price
of your trip is GUARANTEED when you pay your deposit,
subject to the right of the company to impose surcharges
due to unfavourable changes in exchange rates over 5%
of the trips total cost. Dates and itineraries are valid
from March 2007 untill December 31, 2007. Beyond December
31, 2007 dates and prices are indicative only.
