Booking an activity – trip with Experience you are accepting the following specific Terms & Conditions. A booking is accepted once you make a payment receiving at the same time a confirmation e-mail. Under certain circumstances there might be changes to your booking with increase or decrease prices which you will be informed to you as soon as possible.



You may need to book an activity with a deposit (down payment) prior to the start date, in order to secure your spot. The remaining balance of your activity payment is due 30days before the activity begins (we notify you of the balance due date). The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel the activity.

All activity payments become non-refundable less than 30 days before the start date. (Although you can transfer your booking to a friend).


Activity – trip prices are quoted and payable in EURO. Experience is not responsible for any fees charged by your credit card / bank.


You must notify us of any medical conditions, disability or any other mental and or physical condition you have, which may affect the ability to participate to the activity.

Some activities may be inappropriate for you due to age, mobility. It is your responsibility to clear major medical issues prior to booking. Experience is not required to provide any special facilities. Always we do our best to meet clients’ special requests (including dietary), but such requests do not form part of the booking contract. Medical facilitiesare always available at a place near you and group leaders have basic knowledge of treating emergency situations.


Experience reserves the right to cancel any trip for any reason, but will not cancel a tour less than 60days before departure except for unforeseen circumstances outside our control. When a tour is canceled before the start date for any reason other than the fault of the client, the client can transfer the deposit to another activity, or receive a full refund.

If after departure part of a trip – activity cannot be provided, we will make alternative arrangements. If it is not possible to provide a suitable alternative we will refund the unused part – activity of the trip.


Experience highly recommends you obtain travel / medical insurance. We strongly recommend that you must include cancellation, or other expenses that will occur from a loss, damage, injury, delay that may occur during the trip. 


Experience Activity Leader, local guides or other representatives decisions will at all times be final on all matters for the safety of the clients. We reserve the right to prohibit any client activity continuing, preserving the safety of others or wildlife – environment. Evacuations costs are covered by the client being evacuated.


You must always have with you a valid passport.


Hotels, bus services, guiding or other elements provided by local suppliers who may themselves engage the services of local operators and/or sub-contractors. We are only work with competent locals but we cannot guarantee a certain standard of service quality or performance.


Experience reserves the right to change activity – trip programs and itineraries due to extreme weather or road – trail conditions for the safety of our clients and personnel. Experience and its partners do not assume responsibility for accidents due to client negligence or exterior circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or other similar causes.


We take your safety very seriously, (this is why we work with experienced professionals) but ultimately you are responsible for your safety. That’s why we ask you to sign a liability waiver before start date. Experience is not responsible for any incidental losses such as visas, drugs, etc.

All clients must strictly comply with the Greek laws, customs and drug regulations.


Most of our activities – trips are suitable for people who are healthy and reasonably fit (unless otherwise is mentioned). Expect to carry your own backpack and supplies on the trail.


During an activity, photos or video may be taken by participants, leaders or guides. These images may be used in our website, Facebook, Instagram etc., unless you specifically request not to.


If you have a complaint, please first inform the leader or guide. If satisfaction is not reached, contact us ([email protected]) while on activity – trip.
